CCPL’s Director, Kelley Loper, and CCPL Fellow and former Director, Puja Kapai, presented on issues related to racial discrimination in Hong Kong at a press conference today in advance of the review of Hong Kong’s periodic report to the UN Committee on the Elimination of all Forms of Racial Discrimination.
